Frank Glogowski

President and Principal Design Lead

As President and Principal Design Lead of FSG Design, Frank Glogowski is responsible for building the company’s presence in the marketplace, while functioning as an integral design team member. With over 25 years of experience in new product development and manufacturing initiatives for a variety of industries, Frank established FSG Design to fill a need for specialized services in the product development community.

Frank initially started FSG Design as an individual consultant answering specific needs of his clients. By adding additional resources and capabilities, he has grown the company into one that offers a full product development experience to its clients.

With his ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in an organization, both domestically and internationally, along with his education and industry experience, Frank has built his client list from startup firms, such as Sensible Machines, to established organizations, such as NASCARĀ®.

Steven Radney

Design, Research & Strategy

Steven is an accomplished industrial designer with extensive experience in design strategy and product development. He holds a master’s degree in Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University and has developed products in the Consumer, Medical, and Industrial markets.

Linda van Roosmalen Ph.D.

Industrial Designer

Linda van Roosmalen has a master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, and a doctorate in Rehabilitation Science and Technology from the University of Pittsburgh. Her expertise is in the areas of project management, product innovation, user research, product safety, product usability, and ergonomics. She has consulted on litigation cases related to product safety and transportation.

Linda has been a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh since 2001 within the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, where she leads research and development projects in the areas of wheelchair transportation safety, tele-rehabilitation, and safe driving and navigation. She teaches graduate level students in the area of Rehabilitation Engineering Design. She has successfully obtained federal funding to enable technology transfer and commercialize research findings. Linda is a voting member of the ISO and ANSI/RESNA committee on Wheelchair Transportation and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters, and has educated others in the areas of universal design, tele-rehabilitation, and wheelchair transportation safety.
