Technical Communication involves developing the documentation and technical materials for a project by listening to and clearly identifying the client’s needs, the purpose and audience for the documentation, and the types of deliverables required, such as user and technical manuals, online help, specification documents, and reference materials.

Once the content framework is determined, we will work with key subject matter experts at the client’s site to gather and organize the necessary information and to execute an editorial review process to ensure accurate and complete technical documentation.
