Rijuven plans to change the way doctors acquire heart performance data at the point of care. Their first product, CardioSleeve, will attach to most common stethoscope and work with a mobile app to give doctors the data and tools they need to make the best diagnostics possible. The envisioned UX was informed by the existing behaviors of handling a stethoscope and counting with a timepiece to assess heart health. The device design went through a number of iterations to test the latest in sensors and wireless technologies before we could hone in on this particular concept.
