Neoforma Design engaged FSG Design to partner in the redesign of Aethon’s TUG robot. The TUG is an automated transport system used in tracking and delivering hospital medical goods. Utilizing our 4D process, we solved existing usability, performance, and safety issues, while building confidence in the user’s experience.
